Is there seating?
Yes, there are seats for everyone in a theatre-style. Arrive early to have the most options as seating within each ticket tier is unallocated.
Can I bring kids?
Hidden Jazz Club events are not recommended for kids, however there is no age restriction at this venue.
Is food/drink served?
The venue bar serves a range of alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks. We recommend eating before the event; there may be crisps and/or popcorn available, but no nutritionally robust food.
Is the venue fully accessible?
The venue is fully wheelchair-accessible. If you have any queries, or if a companion ticket is required, please email robin@hiddenjazzclub.com.
Is there an interval?

We regularly announce lineups to our newsletter subscribers. Please visit the Hidden Jazz Club website and sign up to our mailing list to be kept in the loop :)
My plans have changed. Can I get a refund or reschedule?
Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase. Hidden Jazz Club will endeavour to accommodate any changes for those who cannot attend for reasons outside of their control by exchanging tickets for alternative dates whereupon those are available. Please contact robin@hiddenjazzclub.com to administer this. Any request to amend dates must be given no less than 72 hours before the start time on the purchased ticket. Ticket holders are also welcome to forward tickets to friends for any events they cannot attend themselves.

✨ A NOMADIC SERIES OF POP-UP JAZZ CLUBS RUN BY MUSICIANS ✨
Since starting in London, Hidden Jazz Club shows have popped up in Tokyo, Barcelona, New York, Los Angeles, Paris, and San Francisco.
Whilst the club remains a platform for incredible local talent, we have also been visited by Grammy Award winners and internationally acclaimed jazz musicians.
As musicians ourselves, we showcase artists we are inspired by. We are passionate about ensuring that our shows represent the awesome diversity of the cities we work in and that wonderful musicians are celebrated on the basis of their talent and performance, regardless of ethnicity, socio-economic background, age, gender, orientation etc.
We design our shows to be uplifting and welcoming experiences that are accessible to jazz nerds and complete newcomers alike. We prize authenticity and we create an environment in which audiences and musicians are respected and appreciated.

T&Cs
1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
